Autumn Brunch in Carusel

Celebrate autumn weekends by the sea with Carusel’s seasonal brunch, served every Saturday and Sunday in October from 11:00 to 15:30.

Our brunch begins with a buffet table featuring a wide selection of seasonal flavors: fresh salads, artisan bread, house-made dips, cold cuts, yogurt with granola and toppings, warm porridge, Carusel’s own desserts, as well as Lavazza coffee, Pukka tea, and refreshing juice.

Alongside the buffet, each guest can choose one main dish:

• Eggs Benedict on waffle with mushroom or house-smoked salmon

• Breakfast burger with sausage patty, crispy bacon, fried egg, and caramelised onion

• Pumpkin–zucchini terrine with crispy cauliflower, feta cheese, pumpkin seed pesto, and pomegranate (V)

• Carusel’s waffle with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, homemade blueberry jam, and roasted almonds
